DRUG ARREST

August 23, 2016

On August 23, 2016, Tishomingo Sheriff Department Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle, for not displaying a vehicle tag, on HWY 25 South, close to the Itawamba County line. During the course of the traffic stop, deputies became suspicious of the occupants of the vehicle and ask for a Consent to Search not only for them but for the vehicle as well. The occupants gave the deputies Consent to Search and only one occupant was found to have alleged prescribed narcotics on his person. The deputies then transported this occupant to the Tishomingo County Jail.

RANDALL LOUIS MILLS, 42-year-old white male, 1923 HWY 172, Hodges, Alabama was charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (OXYCODONE). MILLS is currently still in custody of the Tishomingo County Jail, awaiting bond to be set.
