TISHOMINGO WOMAN ARRESTED AGAIN FOR DRUGS

On May 20, 2019, Tishomingo County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle on Highway 25 for Careless Driving. When the deputies approached the vehicle, the driver had suspended driver’s license and a search of the vehicle yielded a bag of alleged METHAMPHETAMINE being found in the purse belonging to the driver. Tishomingo County Sheriff’s deputies have dealt with this individual several months ago by arresting her at her residence for FELONY POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE w/INTENT TO SELL, as a result of a SEARCH WARRANT that was conducted by the sheriff’s office. The Belmont Police Department also had charges on the individual during this time as well. The individual went to Circuit Court for the above listed charges and was convicted on these charges and was placed on probation just a few weeks prior to being stopped by the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Office.
Tishomingo County Sheriff’s deputies transported the driver to the Tishomingo County Jail on the below said charges and a “hold” placed on the driver on behalf of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
SANDRA GRUBBS, 58-year-old, white, female of 8 Monroe Street Tishomingo, Mississippi is officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE). GRUBB’s remains in the custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set by the Tishomingo County Justice Court. GRUBB’s also has a “hold” placed on her by the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
