HUNTSVILLE MAN ARRESTED FOR SHOPLIFTING AND METH

On January 30, 2019, Tishomingo County Sheriff’s deputies along with the Iuka Police Department stopped a vehicle on the eastbound side of HWY 72 in reference to the driver shoplifting some items from a store. Deputies located the stolen items in the vehicle and immediately arrested the driver. During the arrest, deputies found several items that is used in the manufacturing of METHAMPHETAMINE. Deputies also recovered some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE that was hidden inside a flashlight. The driver was then transported to the Tishomingo County Jail.
BRIAN BONEE, 37-year-old, white male, of Downtown Rescue Mission Road Huntsville, Alabama was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE), POSSESSION OF 2 OR MORE PRECURSORS w/INTENT TO MANUFACTURE A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, and SHOPLIFTING. BONEE remains in the custody of the Tishomingo County Jail awaiting bond to be set by the Justice Court.
