DENNIS MAN ARRESTED FOR DRUGS

On July 4th, 2017, Tishomingo Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on CR 75 due to no license plate being displayed on the vehicle.  As the deputy was speaking with the driver, the deputy noticed the driver was attempting to conceal something in his mouth.  The deputy asked the driver what was he doing and the driver handed the deputy a clear bag which contained some alleged METHAMPHETAMINE.  The deputy then arrested the driver and transported him to the Tishomingo County Jail.

JOSEPH DALTON ABLES, 22-year-old, white male, of 290 CR 23 DENNIS, MISSISSIPPI, was officially charged with FELONY POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (METHAMPHETAMINE).  ABLES’ bond was set at $5,000.00 by Justice Court.
